Ordering Policy

Once an order is placed online and payment is approved (real time payment processing) you will receive your order confirmation email, usually a few seconds after the orders acceptance.

Your order is being processed in our warehouse. Shipping times will vary depending upon your location.

Once your order is shipped you will receive a shipping notification confirming order and shipping details.

You must inspect your shipment within 48 hours of delivery. If the products are damaged in shipping we (Canadian Water Warehouse) must contact the shipping company within 48 hours of delivery to submit a claim for damages. Canadian Water Warehouse is not responsible for any damages not reported after 48 hours of delivery.
