The Omnipure CL Series Scale Inhibitor Inline Filter Cartridges are available in two sizes: 2” x 6” and 2” x 10” and three different FPT in /out ports: (1/8”, 1/4” and 3/8”). The SCL Series Filters combine Activated Granular Carbon with Polyphosphate (Scale Inhibitor). The SL Series Filters are all Polyphosphate. Both the SCL and SCL Inline Filters can be used in icemakers, refrigerators, under-the-counter, drinking fountains, beverage equipment, Reverse Osmosis (RO) Systems, and in conjunction with commercial purification systems. No glues or binders that may cause contamination are used in the manufacturing process. The components of the Omnipure CL inline filters are friction-welded together insuring a no-leak seal. All filters should be installed on cold water lines only. NOTE: Activated carbon filters are not intended to be used where the water is microbiologically unsafe or with water of unknown quality without adequate disinfection before or after the unit

• Install Teflon taped fittings and tighten firmly
• Flush new cartridge with 5 gallons of water prior to use and check for leaks.
• Replace cartridge when rated capacity is reached, or when flow becomes too slow
• Install in compliance with state and local laws and regulations
